PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments through Paypal.

You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). For more information on Paypal's security, click here.

Please note eChecks take up to 5 days to clear. Until it clears, no items will be shipped.

South Carolina Residents will incur a 7% sales tax .


SHIPPING
Stationery orders are shipped 1-3 days after cleared payment. All stationery orders including international are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Items that exceed 13 ounces are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Please make sure the address you enter during checkout is up to date. We are not responsible if items are shipped to the wrong address.

Shipping includes costs for packaging materials.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
In general, all sales are final. Please keep this in mind and read all item descriptions before making a purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is not what you expected, please contact us and we can work something out. If an order arrived damaged or there was an error made on my part, I will replace the item at no additional charge.


TURNAROUND TIME
Current turnaround time for stationery orders is 1-3 days after cleared payment. In general, US shipping takes 3-5 days and International shipping varies between 2-8 weeks depending on customs.  

PROOFS
 Proofs for certain items are sent AFTER the order is complete and payment has cleared. Items will not be processed unless proofs have been approved.


CUSTOMIZATION
 If customization is NOT specified for stationery orders, the default font and colors in the sample will be used.
